NEW WYH WEBSITE!
Watertown Youth Hockey is pleased to announce the launching of our new website. With registration for the 2023-24 season now open, you will use this NEW website to register an account, sign up, pay, and interact with your coaches/team throughout the season.
You will need to create a new account on the website and add your children as participants before registering them. If you already have a Crossbar account with another organization such as Watertown Youth Baseball, you should be able to sign in using those credentials and add that account to WYH, at which point your parent and player info should seamlessly carry over from your other organization. Note that information from the old WYH website will NOT be available under the new website. Once you have an account, you can invite other family members to manage participants on the account as well.
As we move into next season, this is where all schedules, rosters, and team communications will take place. The Crossbar app that goes with the website is also very user friendly and suggested for all to use.

HOW DO I SET UP MY FAMILY ACCOUNT?
In the upper left hand corner, you will find Sign Up and Login links. Each family will have one Family Account. Once a Family Account is created, the individual that created that account will add individual participants to Crossbar (players), and can invite other family members to be added to the Family Calendar and Manage the Account.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE FAMILY ACCOUNT?
No. Each player can only be attached to one family account. If you need to add another family member or guardian to an account, you must add them individually by participant on your "Account" Page.
HOW DO I ADD ANOTHER PARENT/GUARDIAN TO MY ACCOUNT?
Step #1 - Have the parent that originally registered players log into the website
Step #2 - FOR EACH CHILD REGISTERED: Under "Participants" click the icon of the participant for whom you want to add a parent/guardian.
STEP #3 - Under the "Accounts" section in the player's profile, click the "(+ Add)" button in the top right, then enter the email address of the parent or guardian that you would like to add to the player's account.
STEP #4 - If this email address does not have a Crossbar account, they will receive an invitation email and will need to click the confirmation link to create an account. If they already have a Crossbar account, they can accept the invitation and will be added to the players account.
STEP #5 - Repeat the process for any sibling participants for whom you'd like to add the parent/guardian.
I'M HAVING TROUBLE. CAN SOMEONE FROM THE LEAGUE MANUALLY REGISTER MY CHILD?
No. Unfortunately, the way the website is set up, only a Parent/Guardian can register a child using their Family Account. If you are having trouble signing up, please contact Ray Cruz at wyhmaregistrar@gmail.com and we will try to help; however, we will not be able to manually register your child for the program.
